"The Power of Nature, Positivity, and Continuous Growth”
Welcome to this edition of my newsletter! Today, I’m excited to share some thoughts and habits that have significantly improved my well-being and productivity. By prioritising nature, removing negativity, and committing to continuous learning, we can all enhance our lives in meaningful ways. Let’s explore how these simple habits can make a positive impact on our lives.
– Prioritise Nature
Consider Nature as your greatest mentor.
Parks, Hills, Mountains can be your best friend.
- Get outside daily
- Take your shoes off and walk bare foot, it has got lot of benefits.
- let us explore what the planet has to offer
Nature’s not a day out. It’s home.
Here is how I am doing it
I have developed a habit to watch the sunset everyday, I just grab the book and go to the terrace everyday around 6PM and enjoy “Me time”.
Whenever I’m skipping workouts or on rest days, I make sure I take a walk in nature.
I make sure to go on a trip once in two months or so to recharge myself! (And I don’t find the need to post everything on social media but I make sure to have the best time)
You can use your time in nature for self-reflection, planning your goals, or spending quality time with loved ones. For instance, I love long walks in nature, enjoying ice cream, and gossiping with my girl. Spending time in nature is incredibly relaxing.
– Remove Negative People
Negative emotions, thoughts, feelings, and people drain your energy and infect your spirit. It’s a silent killer. Use this simple test to identify negative people:
After meeting someone, do I:
• Feel full of energy? or
• Feel drained?
The ones who energise you belong in your life. Ruthlessly cut out energy suckers
Choose Peace over everything – Life will be so much peaceful when these negative people are removed!
Energy is so precious, I make sure to spend it only on the right things and Right People.
– Learn Aggressively
Never stop upgrading your skills, Continuous learning is key to personal and professional growth.
*Coding
*Video making, editing
*Funnels
*Leadership
*Storytelling
*Copywriting
*Sales systems
*Blogging
*Finance etc etc
It can be anything which interests you or sparks your curiosity
Make sure to learn something new, you can start it as a hobby and get better at it through repetition, once you become proficient – if you can monetize, sell and scale the same, you will be unstoppable.
If you want to fail in life, act like you know it all.
I strongly believe in this philosophy – “*You start Aging when you stop Learning!”
If we get just 1% better every day, we’ll be 37 times better by the end of the year. We can make compounding our greatest weapon for growth.
Consistency is the fuel that propels you.
A little pain today for a world of joy tomorrow.
That was all for today! Hope you learned something new! 😁 Liked it? Share with your friends! Go do it NOW! 😉
Quote of the week 💬
Learning something new — whether a new skill, hobby or activity — enhances your memory and increases the efficiency of your brain. Henry Ford said, “Anyone who stops learning is old, whether at 20 or 80. Anyone who keeps learning stays young.” And, as Albert Einstein put it, “Once you stop learning, you start dying.”
Learning of the Week 📝 / Question to Ask!
There are plenty of ways to get better at something, but the best way is simple: – Just do the damn thing every single day.
Book/Blog I am reading currently: 📚
I am still reading “Aramane Guddada Karala Rathrigalu” by Girimane Shyamarao – it is so beautifully written, I can feel the scenes articulated by the writer while reading, Just Wonderful.
I learnt that we can convey any emotion/scene/feeling through writing.

In this section, I share my week in pictures, for those who prefer pictures over text.
I view this part as a combination of journaling and a visual diary of my personal experiences. My days often follow a repetitive pattern, yet each experience brings a unique perspective.
